Start Your Biblical Counseling

1. Email Bruce Groves at bruce@abfmeridian.org for more information
2. Once you have contacted Bruce and he has confirmed that a counselor will be able to meet with you, please download the following three documents.  You can either use MS Word, Apple Pages or a pen to complete each of the documents.
   • • • Consent to Counsel Form
       • Personal Data Inventory
       • First Homework Assignment (PDF) (Word)

Once you have emailed the three completed documents back to Bruce (MS Word, Pages or PDF), a counselor will contact you to schedule your first session
